Baxter Burger - Чапаевск

I used to stop by with my child on bikes for a quick bite, but today they prohibited us from bringing our small bikes into an empty dining area. When I asked to speak with management, the guy told me it wouldn't make a difference. I'll never buy burgers there again, not because of the taste, but because of their rudeness.

Sometimes my husband and I ordered burgers and wings for takeout from this place. Overall, it’s not bad; for a small town, it’s a decent and fairly popular spot among young people. However, there have been issues in the past, such as missing napkins, which establishments like this are required to provide with takeout orders, among other things. But the last time, on May 17, 2022, when we took our order home, we discovered that the wings were simply spoiled! No amount of barbecue sauce could mask the smell, especially inside. It felt like the chicken had been left out without refrigeration for several days. We obviously didn’t eat them, and even after the burgers, I ended up with a stomachache. It was a complete disaster. We will never return here and do not recommend it to anyone.

I ordered two sets and a shawarma from these guys. In the end, they only prepared one, but I paid for two. I called back, and they promised to deliver the missing set. In the end, it never arrived. What a terrible attitude towards customers...

The staff are great, and the burgers are top quality!
