I placed a delivery order from this restaurant and it was fantastic! Everything was incredibly fresh and it arrived very quickly. I will definitely be returning!

I do not recommend this business. They refused to serve me because I wasn't wearing a mask while ordering, even though customers at the tables around me were not masked. It doesn't make sense. The staff member said I could place a phone order while standing there without a mask and that she would make my sandwich, but she wouldn’t take my order at the register or provide me with service. It’s quite illogical! On the other hand, I highly recommend the business next to Purple Bowl. We had excellent customer service for breakfast there.

If there are no drivers available, they still process your payment and then call to ask if you want to pick up your order. If you decide to cancel, it takes 24 to 48 hours to receive your refund, and they won’t allow anyone else to pick up the order on your behalf.

I give Jimmy John's 2 stars because there food doesn't really pack any flavor you only get 2 options for the bread which is a slice of wheat bread or a plain sub bread also you only get provolone cheese no other cheese and I told the person who was making my food 3 times what I wanted still didn't get what I asked for she forgot 3 things on my sub and she put the wrong type of mustard not gone lie probably won't go back

Love Jimmy Johns, but they need to work on customer service. Don't know if Kyra was having a bad day or something but we felt like she was offended that we were even ordering anything.
