Domino's Pizza - Chapin

I had a frustrating experience with this restaurant. The app wouldn't let me place my order, so I called the main corporate number instead. After successfully placing and paying for my order, I was connected to my local Domino's to provide pickup details, such as my car's make and color since I'm disabled and wanted to pick it up myself. However, the manager flat-out refused to honor my order because it wasn't placed online and failed to indicate that it was for store pickup, even though I offered to provide all the necessary information, including calling when I arrived. I'm very disappointed by the poor customer service and will never order from this location again.

As mentioned in previous reviews, I would recommend not ordering from here. We ordered a $30 pizza with extra pepperoni and mushrooms, among other toppings, but on one slice, there were only two pieces of pepperoni, and the mushrooms were barely the size of a fingernail. In total, we spent $70 for two pizzas and cheesy bread, and it definitely wasn’t worth it. My wife called the restaurant to discuss our concerns, but they seemed indifferent about the quality of their product and only offered us a credit.

Good pizza no matter if I walk next door and grab it or they bring a truckload to the house, they are always courteous too, especially Rick!

Just get a frozen pizza. This place is a joke. Just about every single order I?ve had from them, as they?re the only place that delivers to my home, something hasn?t been right or the food is inedible from sitting in the warmer so long. I am not someone tocomplain AT ALL, so believe me when I say to avoid this location. Last night I ordered an extra cheese pan pizza and a spinachwith feta cheese bread. Pizza was fine but I somehow got jalapeño and cheese bread. I called to complain and was told I wouldhave to pay another delivery fee to have the correct one delivered, or they?d give me an online coupon for a free bread nexttime. Honestly, I should?ve spoken up and just asked for a refund at that point but I?m not confrontational at all so I just gotthe coupon that I?ll never use. I?ve worked delivery for a pizza place before and NEVER have I heard of a customer being chargedanother delivery fee to get their correct order. The company is supposed to comp that. This was just the last straw. Last time Iordered a pizza and spinach with feta bread, I ended up with my correct pizza and another pizza I didn?t order instead of thebread. That time my bread was delivered to me, with no extra fee bs. I?ve ordered a chicken, bacon, and ranch pizza and thepizza I ended up with was a regular pizza with chicken on it.

Save your money! The pepperoni pizza I ordered was soupy and took way too long to arrive. A free pizza doesn’t make up for spending $30 on two equally disappointing pizzas. I haven’t ordered from them in months due to terrible service, inedible pizzas, and excessive wait times. I’d rather buy a frozen pizza than ever order from them again.
