The Coffee Shelf - Chapin

If only every neighborhood had a local coffee rack to its own, a kind of meeting point, a place to your own, a place where service meets the quality. Well, we consider ourselves blessed to have only such a local clamp.

My coworker and I stopped by The Coffee Shelf today for the first time, and had a great experience. I ordered the Frozen Coffee Shelf Mocha which was delicious. The owner Jerry is a great guy, prepared our coffee and took the time to speak with us. Great atmosphere for work or studying. Definitely be returning, and will recommend to others as well!

Simply delightful. Everything you want in a coffee shop. Great coffee, treats, books, local entertainment and passionate owner.

Great place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. I often go there to finish up school work-you know when you seem to hit a snag...which happens more often than I would like to say ; but the environment is so refreshing that within a few minutes, I am able to get back on track and get things going. The service is good and the coffee and snacks have never disappointed me. It is not a full service restaurant but Chapin has enough of those to choose from-also there are a good variety of books that you can choose from and there are different groups that meet there throughout the week such as a needle arts group that are very helpful in getting you started on different projects. I guess you can say that this shop has made an impact on the community as it has provided a place for us to get together for a little fun, food and fellowship...and we can all use some more of that in our lives.

Delicious coffee drinks! So sweet and full of flavor! Love that it's right around the corner from my house. Haven't had a chance to stay and enjoy my coffee in the very nice, clean shop, but I have enjoyed taking it with me!
