Absolutely disgusting . Asked for extra sauce on pizzas. They were completely dry. Will go to giovannis from now on.

This pizza hut has gotten horrible, I waited over two hours on deliveries the last few times have ordered. The quality of the food has gotten horrible.

Really disappointed with the service. I called and told the boy I Wanted the $7.00 deal. I told him I wanted pepperoni. He never mentioned to get the deal you needed to purchase 2 items which would have been fine. So went to pickup my order and it was $14.00 for 1 medium pizza. THAT'S $14.00 FOR ONE MEDIUM PIZZA. I could have ordered a large. It's not the first time this has happened on pizza deals at this Pizza Hut. How about some training and explain to the service personnel courtesy goes a long way.

Slow and uninspired service. Waited 10 minutes to be seated in nearly empty dining area. Then waited another 20 minutes to order. Had to go find the waitress for a box and drink refills.

Worst pizza hut in the country with the rudest management. They left off all of my toppings then told me it wasn't their problem. Even at 1/2 mile from their store the pizza was cold, dry, and not even cut. It is a sad state of affairs when u can't be bothered to top, cut, and get a pizza delivered a half mile away before it gets cold. All of that on top of the worst customer service one could experience from a retail establishment. Literally ANY pizza would be better than Chapmanville Pizza Hut. Go to Giovanni's for an excellent pie or even Foodland. Sad when a grocery store makes higher quality pizza at a better price than a national chain.
