I got the biscuit and gravy with Nashville hot chicken a few weeks ago. The biscuit was so fresh and soft! The sausage gravy was flavorful without being overly salty. The dippy egg on top was cooked PERFECTLY! The chicken was moist and spicy and the outside crunch added a nice texture among the other soft ingredients.

Home is one of the best concepts at Smallmans galley. If you like elevated comfort food this is the spot for you. Their menu changes seasonally and it always has delicious and fun dishes. Some past highlights have been the barbecue pork belly, crab hush puppies, and all their amazing dessert jars. On my last visit I ordered the pot roast. Oh my goodness it was delicious! The meat was tender and the potatoes were a perfect compliment to the roast. The service here is always great! They are friendly and helpful. If you like support local businesses that make incredible food Home is a must!

Got the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich. It was good. Not a ton of flavour, but definitely a kick (more than I expected for Pit). I'm going to go back and try more of their items, including the chicken and biscuit. The fries that came with the sandwich were also pretty good.

Really thought this would be so much better than it was. The food is beautifully presented but for me lacked taste and was over cooked. My ribs were not fall off the bone at all! They were really crispy and hard. The chicken lacked seasoning for sure but the coating on the skin made up for it a little. The crab hush puppies were over fried but had good flavor. Lastly, the pork belly was decent and the Mac n cheese was good although a little al dente.

Everything we have had has been delicious. It a must try you will not be disappointed.
