Mcdonald's - Charles Town

This special McD's is always busy, but manages to speed up orders quickly and the food is always as it should be. I've never had a problem in the last 30 years. Good job!

I work late at the casino and often stop by for a bite. Unfortunately, my hours don’t always align with the dinner menu, and my pup has a real obsession with nuggets. Today, I arrived just after the cutoff for nuggets, and to my surprise, the manager handed me an order for my pup at the window. Let’s just say my furry friend is very happy now! This is exceptional customer service, and I’m truly grateful they went the extra mile for us. Keep up the great work—you all are amazing!

When my Frontier Citywide Wifi went down and I needed to submit my homework before the deadline, they kindly allowed me to use their wifi until the lobby closed at midnight. I managed to complete my work on time and wasn’t too late. The staff were polite and understanding. Thank you!

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to after my experience tonight. This was probably the best McDonald's visit I've ever had! The customer service was fantastic, the food was delicious, and everything came out quickly—plus, there were plenty of spices and napkins. It took me back to the '90s when going to McDonald's was truly enjoyable. Thank you, McDonald's!
