Rossy's Place - Charles Town

Oh, my goodness, this is a hidden gem that masquerades as a hole in the wall. The food is all from scratches and Oh so delicious. My new favorite place when in Harper's ferry. I'll see you soon!

It was our first time to eat here and it won't be our last. Rossy the owner was our server, she was very beautiful. The place was spotlessly clean and the food was excellent!! We had the brunch and will definitely try the dinner menu again.

Wife and I visited this charming little place to have a delicious meal. The staff was very friendly. Chicken fried steak was good. Omelets are delicious. The toilets are very clean. I recommend this restaurant.

Very good roasted chicken (4.5*). Perfectly crispy and the meat inside was juicy. The restaurant does not really have windows and it smells a bit stale, so I recommend takeout and food outside on the table and chairs they have.

Not fancy, but clean. The staff were friendly and courteous. Service was good. I had the Chicken Alfredo and it was excellent. My wife enjoyed her fish and chips. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is that the cushions in the booth we were seated in were very worn and we could feel the springs in the seats. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our visit and will return.
