Marco's Pizza - Charleston

I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for a delivery, only to have to call and cancel my order after being told they were waiting for a driver while my pizza sat under a heat lamp. There’s really no excuse for this; it was just poor service from an employee. The management here is ineffective!

This isn't my favorite spot for pizza. I didn't enjoy their wings, and the pizza has too much dough. The sauce on the pizza also doesn't appeal to me.

I'm really disappointed because I love the pizza, but the delivery service is infuriating. After several attempts, during our most recent order, I made sure to be very clear in my instructions to avoid waking up my toddler. Unfortunately, they completely ignored my note and rang the doorbell while knocking on the door. It may not seem like a big deal, but for sleep-deprived parents just trying to get a meal, it's incredibly frustrating. Just so you know, I tipped $4.00 on a $16.49 pizza and I live about 2 miles from the restaurant.

Visit from Maryland and on holiday. I wanted pizza in this place. I picked up my two pizzas, the guy waiting for me was very nice! The food was very good! Definitely recommend!

Bad value, decent pizza. We ordered 2 large pizzas and they truly looked like mediums. There were only 8 pretty small slices and the boxes were not much bigger than the cheese bread. The large thin crust was cut in squares instead of normal slices. The pizza tasted good, the ordering process and delivery were good but definitely not worth the value. Our family can usually be full on 2 large pizzas with left overs and tonight.
