Írjon visszajelzéstThis McDonald's features a two-lane drive-thru right next to Eastern Illinois University. The main restaurant closes at midnight, but the drive-thru is open 24/7. Of the three McDonald's I visited during my work trip, this one was by far the best. I guess it’s because it serves a lot of customers with the university right next door. I do wonder, though, what do the students do after midnight if they want McDonald's and don’t have a car? Do they just walk through the drive-thru? Thank you, Charleston, for reintroducing me to the joy of McDonald's!
Leaving the races and wanted something warm figured we stop. Dine in hours say 2 online and on the doors but you get there and no doors are unlocked. The employees sit having their food inside but don't care to have the doors open like they state they are for dine in hours. Can't fit a trailer and truck through the drive thru so you're kinda screwed. Ambiance sucks without good service
I've never written a review for a fast food restaurant, let alone a McDonald's, but I feel compelled to make an exception for this one. This location embodies what McDonald's used to represent—spotless cleanliness, friendly and courteous staff, quick service, and well-prepared food. The restrooms were also clean, and the restaurant is conveniently located for easy access to and from the interstate. It's one of the few dining options along a long stretch of highway. Great job!
They consistently close delivery options on their app and DoorDash. I assume this is because they don't want to handle the extra orders, which is really inconvenient for families like ours who rely on delivery. We also never seem to be able to get ice cream there, which is typical. During our last visit, the fries we ordered were stale and hard, clearly having been left in the warmer all day without being refreshed.
Why did they leave the grumpiest least fortunate looking woman to be working at the second window. Recently my food here has changed considerably and for the better but I sincerely don 't know why they have this sad rude ass person working in the position that gets a lot of customer interaction. Every sarcastic comment from her sounded like the weird do the roar kid from shrek 4.
