Mcdonald's - Charleston

Leaving the races and wanted something warm figured we stop. Dine in hours say 2 online and on the doors but you get there and no doors are unlocked. The employees sit having their food inside but don't care to have the doors open like they state they are for dine in hours. Can't fit a trailer and truck through the drive thru so you're kinda screwed. Ambiance sucks without good service

Food quality was terrible at 12 w. Lincoln location. Burger was raw and cold to the touch. Fries were not fresh either.

Why did they leave the grumpiest least fortunate looking woman to be working at the second window. Recently my food here has changed considerably and for the better but I sincerely don 't know why they have this sad rude ass person working in the position that gets a lot of customer interaction. Every sarcastic comment from her sounded like the weird do the roar kid from shrek 4.

Very bad! We just pooled up and the person was taking forever in front of us we didn't know why. It turned out to be that the guy who was taking their order said order when ever your ready they were ready but were was he? He wasn't talking they then pulled off it was our turn. They didn't take our order luckily we were on our way back from church we go to church is Charleston we live in mattoon. So if you really want McDonald's don't recommend find another one this one sucks!

I find the Charleston McDonald's very disappointing. So many beautiful memories were made in McDonald's with my kids at the southern Illinois McDonald's. Charleston is a bit of a comedy show, I'm not sure if it's the customers who are ruder to the employees or the employees ruder to the customers. In addition there is no play place, yes there is a park across the street. However, the weather here is treacherous past October . Instead of catering to college students perhaps the children of locals would like to play! Furthermore, No machine in existence is down as much as their ice cream machine. Food is McDonald's quality though so yeah for that!
