Panera Bread - Charleston

I arrived an hour before closing and was served to my meal. You said they couldn't give me a bowl for my soup, a plate for my sandwich, real cutlery, just plastic! And no sweet tea; until tomorrow! This is not what I wanted or expected for my din in experience. I'm not back!

I actually didn 't eat at this place because honestly I didn 't see anything on the menu that I liked. ????? But my date ate there very often, so we sat down to talk so that he could eat something real quick. I ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade and it was below average. I didn 't even finish it. And apparently my date wasn 't too pleased with his sweet tea that he had. I honestly thought it was a green tea with the way it looked. ? He even said it didn 't taste like a sweet tea. Smh. ? Anyways, the sandwich he ordered didn 't look all that appetizing but it was he that ate it, but barely. Well, as you can see, I 'm not a Panera Bread person but maybe you are! ? I can only speak on what I experienced, so I gave 4 ? 's because the location and the inside of the establishment was very clean. And that 's always a big deal to me. So, go see for yourself and enjoy!

The cashier was respectful and helped me when I told her that there was no coffee in the thermos but when she put it in the dispenser it was cold and had a stale taste, I asked another of the employees for hot coffee and she left me with the word in the mouth and left rudely turning her back on me This place has a very good location but it lacks the attention of a supervisor or manager so that this place does not fall due to its bad service

Used to be my favorite place for lunch and dinner. I?m greatly disappointed in the filth of the restaurant?dirty dirty dirty everywhere?. pile stacks of dirty dishes ,tables haven?t been cleaned since breakfast and now it?s past 5 PM. Half of the stuff doesn?t wear professional clothes. Only one person wore gloves in the prep food station!!!. I ordered ? for here ? but food was in bags to go ! Employees speaking loudly and laughing between themselves, not paying attention to customers. No music in lobby only some RAPP songs from kitchen area. I will not come back! I will bring my business partners for lunch or my family ever !

Always delicious. A little upset about the rapid pick up being moved behind the counter. Liked walking in and out. That will definitely stop my other half from going for a while. it was a 5, I had to drop to a 1. I got all the way to my sister in laws hospital room and the receipt on the bag was 100% correct, but the food was 100% WRONG. Not even close. So I go ALL the way back to get the rite food and they gave me attitude. I couldn't believe it. Lost our business for a LONG time, if not for ever. Either way, I will never go back to the one in West Ashley off Sam Rittenburg.
