Rally's - Charleston

I really enjoy their chicken strips and fries, but it seems that every time I visit, they serve unsweetened tea. Not everyone prefers sweet tea.

I rushed through the door right away, but the guy taking orders didn’t seem to care. When he finally got to my order, there were mistakes because he either wasn’t listening or didn’t bother to pay attention. At the pickup window, I requested extra pickles that should have been included in my original order, and he literally slammed the window in my face. This place needs to be shut down, and the staff should be let go—they're a joke. I regret spending my money here and will be sharing videos online to warn others. Avoid this place!

The chicken was really dry and not enjoyable without sauce, which made it even worse since they forgot the extra sauce I paid for. The manager was rude and seemed indifferent; the only solution offered was to give me extra sauce on my next visit.

Run to order food. The spokesman was exhausted and could not understand that the person took our order and they began to curse us and leave us. The guy was the manager. Possibility to rent real winners, Rally?

Food tasted like the oil needed changed in the fryer. Last time I went there I went to the walk up window around 11:30am I waited for a good while and no one showed up to take my order. I saw people in the back but no one came. Seen a lady in the drive through was waiting at the speaker then just drove off. I guess no one took her order either. Food and service use to be great but it has went downhill. Hope it bounces back. Ok update...went there today and ordered a #3. It was busy but I got my food fairly quick and I tell ya...it was probably the best burger and sweet tea I've ever gotten from there. I don't know what changes they made but it's definitely working
