Only leaving 1 star to be able to leave review. They always mess up my drinks. Doesn’t matter how many times I repeat my order or show it written down. They still mess it up. I pay and my drink is still wrong.

Afterward, when I came back into the restaurant because I had spilled the Venti mocha I had purchased, I encountered the same employee again at the drive-thru. This time, she looked at her coworker and said, “that is her," making me feel uncomfortable and singled out. At 62 years old, with many years of experience in management and administration, I understand that everyone has challenging days. I approached the situation with friendliness and patience, but I was taken aback by the employee's unprofessional attitude toward me. I am genuinely upset by this experience and find it hard to justify spending my money at a business that doesn't seem to address such issues. My name is Julie, and both of my orders took place between 7:30 and 8:00 AM on Monday, August 7, 2023. I urge you to address this matter with your staff and respond to my complaint. If not, I may choose to stop patronizing Starbucks altogether.

The food was exceptional, easily deserving a perfect score of 5 out of 5. The service was equally impressive, matching the quality of the food. The atmosphere, even through takeout, reflected a welcoming and pleasant vibe, earning a perfect rating as well. I highly recommend trying the Double Espresso and the Chocolate Chip Cookie—they were both outstanding!
