Írjon visszajelzéstOrdering takeout is always a hassle when it comes to silverware. They never include a fork unless you specifically ask for one. Today was particularly frustrating; the woman at the front desk suggested I go to a neighboring store to grab one since they had run out.
The server was a bit slow and inconsistent, but they were friendly, and everything was fine. The reasonably priced drinks were definitely a plus. The food was decent, though it felt like typical chain fare. I can't help but think that if I had a different server or sat in another section, the experience could have been much better. I’d definitely consider coming back. There’s ample parking available, and the construction around the area is more organized now, making it easier to access from most directions. I found it odd that the brownie sundae was served cold; it’s a bit unusual but seems to be a common practice in the Boston area.
The restaurant has plenty of seating available and offers the convenience of calling ahead to place orders. It's kid-friendly, although it might be a bit pricey for the portion sizes. However, the staff is very helpful, and the food options are decent, with vegan choices available. The bathrooms are clean, and there's ample parking.
Poor manager this evening. He did not want to make a customer (me) feel valued or heard. I will not return. This is not the experience that the founder promised. Unfortunately, this has definitely tainted my opinion if this New England restaurant.
My friend suggested that they had prime rib and was moderately priced. Went and what a disappointment. No prime rib. No pasta sauce, no wings and many unavailable items from the menu. Staff was pleasant but this restaurant is on a downhill spiral.
