The Charlestown Rathskeller

My husband and I enjoyed the Beef Stroganoff, and it was absolutely amazing!

The food is fantastic, and the bar service is outstanding. Despite how busy it gets, the staff manages everything efficiently and they're really friendly and amusing. There's a great atmosphere with a good crowd too.

Having worked in the restaurant industry for 31 years, I usually don't complain, but this turned out to be the most expensive meal ($42) I've ever had to give to my dog. Once again, no one even bothered to ask about how my food was. I live nearby, and I ended up stopping at Rippy's for a slice of pizza on my way home. It's unlikely that I will return.

This is one of our favorite places in Charletown. We love to come here for the food (truffle fries are the best . Servings are very large I think we should have split an entree (I got the Jagerschnitzel which was amazing . We went home with lots of doggy bags. The best part of this place is the back yard. During good weather you can play corn hole or bocci. During weekends they have live music (sometimes extra and a bonfire. So much fun!

Been going for years!!! The staff is so invested in their roles. They immediately make you feel welcomed. Food is consistently good and great specials daily. The bar staff is hard working and accommodating for special requests. The venue has outside stage, huge fire pit, bars and food. Inside is full service restaurant and pub!! Cannot go wrong!!! Love love love all of them!!!! Wheelchair accessibility: I am recently handicapped and navigated seamlessly.
