The crust was wonderfully crispy, topped with flavorful ingredients and sauce. I was impressed to see them making the dough in-house; the person who took my order even had to wipe flour off his hands before using the register. It truly felt like an authentic spot.
I just enjoyed an Iliad salad and an El Supremo Pizza from Pizza Girl in Charlevoix, and I can confidently say it’s the best pizza in Northwestern Michigan! The crust was perfectly crunchy yet chewy, and the sauce was seasoned just right, allowing the toppings to shine. We'll definitely make sure to try a Pizza Girl cake next time!
