The burgers and service was great! We met the owner who was also very attentive and helpful. He talked to the customers and was very friendly! Would definitely recommend and will be going back soon.

Visited this location 3/28/24. The place was very clean. The rating was great. In and out with ease. I ordered the bean burger. It was fresh and cook to order. Rating 4/5 It tool a lot little long to get the food. The restaurant was not packed. I would visit it agai.

Update: Get the chicken sandwich, extra sauce on the side. It's bomb. Burgers, meh. The chicken sandwich melts in your mouth.

What the heck has happened at Burger 21? This was our go to place for great service, fries and burgers. We went Monday night, and our experience was terrible. Why? My medium well burger was delivered RARE. My wife's burger was delivered without all the condiments, especially her request for straw onions. And, the food runner? She was absolutely worthless. No language skills whatsoever. When we told her that we needed more Ranch dressing and Ketchup, she brought back Honey Mustard. When we told her about the straw onions, she brought back the burger with raw onions. When we asked again for straw onions, we got a burger back with fried onions that appeared to have been scraped from the grill. WHAT HAS HAPPENED?! We will not return and we were twice monthly customers.
