Chick-fil-a - Charlotte

I'm just in love with chickpeas. My only disappointment is when I wait to order yo late and they are close. My fault is not. Thanks to chickpeas, not even, regardless of where I go, were disappointed in my food, portion or quality

I do love to app and being able to order ahead. It would be nice to have a separate drive thru line for online orders. They are beginning to slack on creating the correct order. My last two visits I was missing or had wrong some parts of my order. Just take the time to check before you pull away!

Horrible location. Drive thru not it, third party pick up, not it. No dine in, not it! Cars lined up in the street, accident waiting to happen ! Get your fix somewhere else !

Woke up on Sunday morning craving chicken minis so I open my app and order a mobile order. I ordered at 10:20 in the morning which is before the 10:30 switch to lunch from breakfast. Wait in a 20 minute line, just for them to tell me they don't serve them past 10:30. Why was I able to order it then? Why charge my card if you cannot give me what I paid for? Loved Chick-fil-a but this experience has really changed my view.

The young folks taking your orders are beyond nice handle your orders to perfection. I love the Apple/ Strawberry Chicken salad, yet the pieces of chicken are now small few now? Also they cut 1 strawberry, a few cut up pieces of apple Tons of green salad though! They only give you one dressing. A salad this size needs two dressings.This salad is also not cheap so should add a bit more of the extras above definitely! Their vanilla ice cream is awesome! The best if you buy cone or I buy the 5.00 cup alot they give you a very good portion of each which is pleasing.
