This salad was super amazing not a lot of options to choose from but maybe that’s because I don’t eat too many things.

Quite possibly the best bowl of oatmeal I've had this year! I had the Morning Glory which comes packed with quinoa, oatmeal, apples, cinnamon, cranberries, and almonds. With just a hint of sweetness, it's a great morning post workout meal. It's a little further up N Tryon then I usually go, but it was worth it. There should be a line out of the door for this treat. I ordered via the ritual app and it was ready within 5 minutes. I arrived to no line which was nice, but still surprised me. The rio acai bowl was very good and the barbecue Santa Fe salad was by far one of the best salad I’ve had in a while. Love it.

The food was amazing. I ordered the Buffalo Bleu salad. Very flavorful. However, I'm pretty sure the calorie count on the portion they give is more than what they list on their site so be careful if you are counting calories lol. Its still healthy though.

I visited this restaurant for the first time yesterday and was impressed! The salad was very fresh, and the salmon added a nice touch. The portion size was perfect for the price. I will likely become a regular customer!
