Igloos At The Goodyear House

A cocktail each plus four small plates and a dessert shared. Excellent service and well prepared plates.

We were excited to finally dine at Goodyear. We had a reservation but still had to wait about 20min for our table. The bread was excellent. I’m not sure what was going on with our server, if they were just carrying a lot of tables or what but it took 45 minutes to finally be able to order our entrees. We ordered the bread and our drinks when we sat down and then didn’t see her for awhile. We didn’t have any plates or silverware to eat our appetizer on and when our entrees were brought out we were able to ask for some plates, napkins and utensils. The rice balls were great, the steak was cooked perfectly but the scallops were SO salty, cooked really well just incredibly salty sear. I’m glad I could check this off my restaurant list but I will say with so much hype around the restaurant the experience overall left me underwhelmed.

We have to go to birthday dinner and get an iglu. soo sweet! we went when the sun was still up, so it was nice in igloo. the waitress was super nice! eating was amazing! love it!

There was plenty of delicious food with the preset menu. it would have been nice to know before the time what was included in the delivery scope. the half of the ankle lights was outside and the candles did not work in our igloo, so the ambiente would have been better. the food is prepared for it, but we will eat next time in the restaurant.

Eating and the experience was not worth the extravagant price. the taste profiles were all strange and we had a hard time to eat or enjoy. the waitress was very nice and attentive, but despite all the remnant food we asked to eat again with crates to house. the igloos wouldn't close what was a bit rough because it was really cold out there. each igloo had a room heating, but it was not very effective and it would stop working when it touches it to adjust where it blows.
