Dining experiences can be hit or miss, and this one certainly falls into that category. The service tends to be quite slow, which I assume is due to staffing issues. If you're craving a Sourdough Jack and don't mind a 30-minute wait, this place is generally dependable. However, I often receive a completely different dish than what I actually ordered. Overall, I would rate the food a solid 4 out of 5.

As for the food, it was decent, but the wait really detracted from the experience, so I can't rate it much higher than that. I don’t usually have bad experiences with fast food, just the long wait times. Maybe it’s better when they’re less busy, but I’d probably just opt for Burger King or another option if I were in the area again. I might update this review if I happen to go back. As for parking, it looked like there were enough spots available unless they were all taken.

I ordered from Jack in the Box through DoorDash. Normally, I don’t have any issues, but tonight was a huge problem! I ordered a breakfast plate because they advertise breakfast all day. So, I was shocked to receive a burger and a fried chicken sandwich instead! To make matters worse, the food was cold and stale! This is unacceptable! If you plan to order via DoorDash, avoid this location!

Met, some pages and order a milkshake after work (approx. 5pm). they had nothing to do with what I wanted. disappointing travel was not worth it. Second star was given for the nice hired, with whom I spoke on the way thru. they were nice and apologetic about the situation; it was not her fault that eating was not available

All the employees play around inside. No sense of urgency at all. I waited over 30 mins in the drive through an I was the 2nd car from the window. And they did not ring up my order correct. I had to ask for a receipt to get the correct food. Go somewhere else.Food: 1/5
