Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams - Charlotte

I absolutely adore the ice here, but every time we visit, it feels like the focus is more on the tasks than on the customers. There may be a line out the door, yet only one person is handling both the ice and the transactions, while 2-3 other employees are working on other tasks. It seems like they either need more staff or should prioritize customer service over other tasks.

I can't speak for the rest of their locations, but Jeni's in Noda was fantastic. I highly recommend trying the Brambleberry Crisp flavor - it's unique but familiar, and really delicious. The sugar cone is a standout, absolutely delicious. The restaurant is always clean when I go, and I usually don't go crazy for chain restaurants, but this one is an exception. It's definitely worth a visit.

Incredible! Definitely worth a visit; try whenever you're visiting or a local of NC. We are ice cream connoisseurs and have had ice cream all across the country from homemade/small batch-made spots. A very cute spot insta-worthy); the flavors are unique, intriguing, and absolutely delicious (they had at least three that were dairy free). They're making their fresh delectable waffle cones right on site in front of you-definitely get one. The shop, including the bathrooms, is very clean and quite cute.

Employees did not acknowledge me when I came in, I stood there while employees talked amongst themselves. They proceeded to roll out the red carpet for the next guest. I'm not sure why there was this inconsistency...

Incredible choice of flavors and ice cream was fantastic. The smell of fresh waffle cones is mouth watering. They also have a waffle bowl which is brilliant.
