Marble Slab Creamery - Charlotte

We stood in front of the ice cream, three workers behind the counter, one at the register. The three behind the counter were all changing out ice cream. We were there waiting at least 3 minutes and not even a “hello” we’ll be right with you. Nothing. Did not even acknowledge us even when right in front of us. We left and went to Cold Stone

First time going to this place and they were packed for a Friday night. The workers were moving fast getting customers out and still very friendly. They don’t have a lot of flavors but they do make everything homemade so understandable. Next time your in Charlotte stop by!

I came in around 8pm today maybe a little later, and i was waiting in line trying to order but there was two girls messing around and not taking my order they were also picking on one of their coworkers he was kinda tall maybe 5’10 brown hair and they were laughing at him and making him do the dishes. also when they finally took my order she was very rude and i don’t mean to cause any trouble but as a customer i just want you to be aware of what ur employees are doing and i hope you make sure that young boy is okay he was very sweet looking thank you.

Me and my friends came in today and we whitenesses two girls that were making fun of one of the other co workers. They were giggling with each other debating on telling him to do more work (i heard them say refill jars He was already doing dishes and it looked like he was stressed. I felt bad for the boy and this made me not want to support bullies, i left 0 tip, I still have this on my mind so i wanted to leave a review. I love the ice cream but I don 't want to come back and support these type of girls.

Took my grandchildren and their parents here. The employees were very professional and didn't seem to get aggravated that it took all of us a bit longer to make up our minds. This was my first time here and it was a very enjoyable experience. When we first arrived we were the only ones there but in few minutes more people started coming in. They handle the crowed very well and with a smile. They always wanted to be sure that you knew if you would like to try a flavor to please let them know.They have a wide variety of cones, toppings, and lots to select from on the menu.
