Mezeh Mediterranean Grill (optimist Hall)

Trash I ordered online on their app, found out I ordered at the wrong location, and seconds later called that location to cancel my order. They confirmed the order was cancelled, but I never was refunded my money. I've been emailing their customer service for 4 months and they ignore all of my communications. They are shady and would rather keep $25 than to do business with integrity.

Optimist Hall offers a fantastic fast casual dining experience with its own dedicated dining area. The teas served here are also a highlight and worth trying.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, but lately it seems like they are very focused on cutting costs. The protein portions are quite small, almost as if they are trying to pressure customers into paying for double portions. However, the staff working in the kitchen are truly excellent.

Ordered here and they gave me the wrong order. Not that they gave me someone else's order. I ordered a steak and egg pizza, which is a menu item, and they gave me a chicken and egg pizza, which sounds terrible and is not a menu item. It was also 25 minutes late, even though the restaurant was empty.I submitted a customer service request online to get it worked out. It's been 2 weeks and they've just completely ignored it. I won't be back.

Good food, bad attitude from guy that works doing the bowl.They need better customer service, beside it all was good food and very tasty. Good
