Peets Coffee And Tea - Charlotte

After having visited a real Peet's Coffee shop, this was disappointing. The coffee was almost warm enough. They didn't have the awesome spicy ginger cookies that the regular Peet's have. The workers were nice, though.

Better than Starbucks and less ridiculously priced, too.

They have the best muffins ever. My favorite is banana muffin with nuts The coffee is good as well

Hit this place whenever you need break at the library!!

I recently visited this restaurant and found it to be quite disappointing. The staff seemed to lack respect for their work, and I noticed inconsistencies in pricing for the same type of coffee. Some customers were charged for an americano while others were charged for drip coffee, even though they are essentially the same thing. I was shocked to pay nearly $6 for a matcha latte with light ice, only to receive 3/4 of a cup. Additionally, customers are charged extra for add-ins like cinnamon. Unfortunately, there was no place at UNC Charlotte where I could provide feedback about my experience.
