Romano's Macaroni Grill Uncc

I had an unbelievable experience at the restaurant. There was a fire, and it took 2.5 hours just to get my mac and cheese.

That was the worst culinary experience I ever had in my life. went for the valentinstag special with my friend with a reservation for 7:15 o'clock. we sat at 20:40. the whole restaurant was lazy with smoke of something that seemed burned in the kitchen. Once we have set ourselves, we have not seen our server for 15 minutes. she didn't even fill our water. our food was delicious and very mediocre tasting. After we finally ate, it took 30 minutes to even find our waitress (the mia was.) we left the restaurant at 10:45 o'clock. I will never return to this facility or another macaroni grill.

We arrived to find that there was no table reserved for us in the private area. Unfortunately, the manager was neither helpful nor pleasant. We finally got seated around 7:30 PM.

We saw the bad reviews this restaurant has and we decided to give it a chance. immediately at the arrival we noticed the amount of smoke at the whole place, made our eyes watery. our waitress came 2 times for the table, we asked for objects that were never brought to the table, we waited for refilling for drinks and suppe and never came. the soups were cold, the chicken cap was dry and the salat on the plate was so dark that I would not even serve a turtle. my pasta was very salty and the drinks were so sweet that were not drinkable. service and eating were regrettable.

We went here for an Anniversary dinner and it was THE WORST! We made reservations and they still made us wait 40 min to be seated! The staff was seating other people and had an attitude every time we would say something. Making a reservation pointless here! When we FINNALY got seated and ordered... all of the appetizers they were all cold. One of the appetizers didn’t even come out until there food was finished. We also had silverware with dried food on it and stains. I ordered the gluten free pasta and when i got it the noddles were not cooked. I complained and changed it for the salmon. Salmon was cold and burnt. WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!
