Seoul Food Meat Company - Charlotte

One of my food items was not available after I placed an online order. The restaurant called to make me aware the item was unavailable. I requested a refund of the said item. They told me they would refund me for my item. After following up multiple times, all of the managers I spoke with refused to take ownership and passed the buck with no resolution.
