Good food. Calabash shrimp is our favorite. The fried okra and giant onion rings were fried perfectly and fresh we did add a little salt and it was delicious). I don't recommend the crinkle fries. One platter has enough food to share or take home leftovers. Local to the Charlotte area, this place is a gem. I wish we had one in Alamance County.

The service was great! And half the meal was really good! The fish is an issue. Please add seasoning to the batter, just a little. Please! Other than that I enjoyed the meal.

They cook the flounder and shrimp essentially perfectly. It’s never old grease, and it’s never a grease tart. Fantastic food.

Customer service is always great at this location. You can tell they care about their clients and their satisfaction. Whenever I have the slightest issue I am able to speak to a manager who shows great empathy and support. I’ve spoken to a few others in the past but the recent ones I can recall are Joe Scott. Thank you both for being so great! The food itself is great. I absolutely love their fried fish sandwich. I add cheddar cheese, bacon, slaw, and the whole nine! The popcorn shrimp is delish. Love their backlava. Fries are good to be considered crinkle fries! I wish they stayed making the lemonade how it was before. They changed the recipe and it’s not like it used to be (sad face). But I can never have anything negative to say about this place! I hope they stay around and multiple! Best food service in university area that’s a clean place, and one that always cooks food correctly, with a smile. That’s a lot to say since the food in this area is bad and the service is even worse. Use their app so you can get rewards!
