Yummy Crab - Charlotte

The food was decent overall. However, the crawfish was disappointing—most likely frozen given the season, and it lacked flavor. On the brighter side, the crab legs were probably my favorite dish. The staff was friendly, and even though I initially ordered my meal to go but then decided to dine in, the service adapted well to my needs. Everything went smoothly. One downside was the lack of soap in the bathroom and hand sanitizer outside the door; I prefer to have soap and water available when eating. Also, if you're a fan of spicy food, be sure to go for the hottest options.

Everything was great. The prices were a bit on the higher side, but the large portion sizes made it worth it. The staff was friendly and attentive. We had a party of ten, and they took excellent care of us. The only issue was that they don't allow returns for alcohol drinks if you don't like them. We will definitely come back the next time we visit!

Previously, I had a poor experience here. Our waiter seemed to be new and obviously hadn't received adequate training. He was unfamiliar with the menu, and we had to repeat our orders multiple times, despite waiting for him to write everything down. I even asked him to read our order back to confirm he got it right, and he did—only for him to come back five minutes later to verify again! Later on, he asked each of us individually if we needed more water, which was unnecessary since it was clear we all did. Instead of asking, he could have just refilled our glasses. As for the food, it was pretty average. My friends ordered fried baskets while I had a mix of shrimp and clams in garlic butter, along with some wings. The fries were reportedly good, but the fried shrimp and fish didn’t impress. The garlic butter was decent, and the wings were enjoyable. The food was reasonably priced for what it was. I might give them another shot, but this first experience left much to be desired.

The seafood bag was delicious and packed with flavor. We also ordered fried calamari, but unfortunately it wasn't good, so the waiter kindly removed it from our bill. Overall, the service was excellent, and the staff was very accommodating.

The seafood boil was perfectly seasoned. It included crawfish, shrimp, and mussels, all coated with lemon and pepper, and they were absolutely mouthwatering. While the price was a bit steep, the food itself was a solid 10 out of 10.
