Tim Hortons - Charlottetown

I am starting to feel frustrated because I have not been receiving my complimentary coffee at this restaurant. I believe the staff may not be properly acknowledging the reward, or they may be pocketing the money and marking it as given. This has happened to me twice now, so it is important to be cautious at this particular location. In addition, I have also received incorrect change back on a few occasions, despite being a frequent tipper. It seems necessary to keep a close eye on the staff at this establishment.

I went to Tim Hortons at 1 am and had an incredible experience with Harman. She went above and beyond to make sure our order was exactly right, something you don't often see at Tim Hortons. Harman's outstanding friendliness and dedication deserve to be acknowledged. I would definitely suggest going when Harman is working for a top-notch experience!

The service at the University Ave location is excellent - very quick, efficient, and friendly.

Poor customer service went to this location and had a medium ice cap and i gave them 4usd and there employee yukta refused to gave me rest of the money back she said we use to charge usd doller equivalent to Canadian doller first time i heard this thing and when i told her to let me know how much does 4 usd in cad she said calculate on your phone its not my job

Good coffee and friendly staff, but extremely busy most hours of the day.
