La Napolitaine - Chartres

We came to this restaurant by chance on a rainy evening in December. The lady serving was very helpful and polite and forgave our bad french ! We had the ocean salad to start which was excellent..lovely fresh mozzarella cheese. The pasta was good and very welcome on a cold wet evening. Good value for money, welcoming staff and good food.

Our dinner at La Napolitaine was pleasant, but the food was only of mediocre quality and the service was very offhand. The meat was mostly dry and chewy, and the chips were greasy and over-cooked. The pizza was fine but had very meagre toppings. However, the house wine was good and at a reasonable price. We were not greeted on arrival; instead we were asked what we wanted. Once the place filled up, it became very difficult to get the attention of the staff. Trying to pay the bill took some time.

L'atmosphère du restaurant est agréable; le service est ni trop long ni trop rapide, et les produits sont de bonne qualité.

Bien mais sans plus. Le service est moyen et les pizzas également. Une pizzeria correcte. La pate des pizzas est plutôt bonne, les garnitures trop simples.Les frites maison sont top !

Je me rends régulièrement à la Napolitaine depuis plusieurs années. Malgré un changement de gérance, La Napolitaine est restée un lieu agréable avec un accueil chaleureux et respectueux. Les pizzas sont bonnes. La Montagnarde est toujours un régale !
