Írjon visszajelzéstVery bad experience this noon We booked a table around 10am for 12:15pm. We clarify the reception that we must have finished for 1:30 to return to work. After a quarter of an hour of waiting, our order is taken. The welcome salad arrives around 12h50. We still do not have the drinks of the aperitif, nor water. This is served 10 minutes later and there are 2 drinks we need to claim. The dishes are served around 1:15 but not the children. The trims are not the ones ordered and there is no sauce ordered as well. We have to reclaim and be annoyed. The dessert order while we finish our dishes. A dessert served with a dirty spoon that takes 5 minutes to be changed! During the check-in at the reception, the manager gives us the note without asking if everything went well. So I explain the meal. I was told that she knew it. The table having previously adjusted to wood also had problems and had a reduction on the note. I therefore ask why we do not have one. The director answers me when we missed respect and made a waitress cry, and that it is not serious if we do not come back! So she does not make a reduction in these cases. That we have done better than going to lunch elsewhere next time, hallucinating. We get 5€ of discount and regulate. I think behavioural training has in such a situation learn instead to keep its calm in front of the client and to apologize. I explain to him that I am obviously not the only discontented table because others complained today and when I consult the internet reviews I see that the problem is recurring at home. The Director's answers are incomprehensible and incompatible with the Buffalo values we usually know. The comparison with the waiting time at my husband’s store when she’s going to make her shopping completely out of the way. We set the note and left the restaurant applauded by customers who have certainly lived the same without dare to talk about it. The meal was good as in the other Buffalo but 2h for flat menus/dessert is a lot.
Just surreal!!! Interminable hold, cold and insipid waitress odious. Manager who defends a waitress with intolerable behavior. Run at the competition that is much more professional and much less expensive with a welcome worthy of this name. I have frequented the Buffalo Grill a lot, but it's over anyway I won't put my feet back in the Hunting on Rhone. And given the comments I think the closure would be what could best happen to what should be a restaurant. If I had been able to put 0 I would have done it Worried evening thanks to the Buffalo Chasse team !!!!
Today we arrived at 12:30 pm at the Buffalo hunting grill /Rhône or we had booked a table. Unfortunately the service has been deplorable and far too long.Although the entrance (a salad has been served us quickly we waited 1 h 15 to have the hot dishes (which have arrived cold!!) as well as the drinks. We asked the waitress several times in vain and then there chief of service.To apologise this latter offers us the coffees. For rebellious desserts we wait again, after half an hour no longer we can stop the waitress and then the chief of service by signaling our discontent we decide to get up and leave without having desserts and coffee while paying the full amount. In short if you like to wait more than two hours at noon to eat cold without having desserts this restaurant is for you!! The others pass your way. For us it is clear that we will no longer put our feet back!!!!!

I've had a lot of roasted buffaloes, but it's over in all cases I won't put my feet in the rhône hunter and I think the closure would be what could best happen to what should be a restaurant. If I could've put 0, I could've spoiled his party with the bison team's hunt!
