Rather convincing for foreigners who fled Zone 51, I never mislead myself, otherwise food is not bad.

Very good traditional cuisine with a tip of regionalism. a simple and warm welcome. a reasonable price. everything you need for a quality meal in love or family in a bourgeois atmosphere.

This is unquestionably one of the 2 best restaurants in the area. (The other is Grange de l'Abbaye, a couple of miles distant. The restaurant service was probably the slowest I have ever experienced 2h45 minutes for 2 courses I was ready to walk out and abandon my dinner. There was an event on the other side of the hotel, maybe the kitchen was over whelmed. However the food was amazingly good, and the prices moderate. So when in C T again, I will take a chance on it maybe inquiring about other activities on the hotel agenda at that time.

If you are staying in the Hotel Best Western it is a very convenient place to have a white tablecloth dinner. The service is officious and rather rude, mostly the attitude of the lady in charge. Some of the dishes our group had were good and interesting… the rest were just ok. The chef has great potential, but is not there yet. The menus are an excellent value, if the dishes offered are what you want to eat.
