Mr Submarine - Chatham

Good sub-parts here, friendly service, drive thru take a bit, but understandably it makes sub-parts. Prices are standard, overall good fast food place

First time in this Chatham location and will not be back. My usual pizza sub without sauce ordered and they refused to do it without the sauce. I was told if I had taken off the sauce, I would have to pay more than they would charge it. Never had a problem with any other mr Sub with this order. Lost a cyst over a slice of cheese.

The staff is great. Cheryl and Tash are friendly and efficient. Subs and wraps (southwest thai is my favorite) are fresh and tasty.

After a nice walk with a friend we decided to avoid the fast food restaurants and try something else. We went to Mr. Shawarma when I tried something similar and liked it. I didn't like this restaurant so much. My chicken was not... freshly cut, it was already in a tray and tasted SUPER fat. I saw the fat driping on my case when I ate it. The baklava was delicious! The washroom was DIRTY. The garbage was flooded with paper towels and the toilet looked like he hadn't been cleaned in a while. I don't think I'm back.

The place is dirty large person who looks manly is rude to other employees. She threw together my sub and gave me wrong extras asked for. Parking sucks to. Very unpleasant service and atmosphere
