Arby's - Chatsworth

The service was excellent, and the young man at the window was very kind and courteous.

The drive-through service was excellent, but the milkshake tasted overly sweet, like sugar cream.

I had to drive through the drive-thru again to get my drink. When I checked my order, I realized I needed to go inside to claim one of the fries that were supposed to come with my meal. Inside, my receipt was just a ticket with my order number on it, and the staff didn’t seem eager to hand over my fries. I eventually got them, but by that point, the food was cold.

I'm not sure if it's just this location or all Arby's, but I've had disappointing experiences at the last three I visited. The Beef and Cheddar seemed to be smothered in cheese.

The wait time is quite long, and my order is often incorrect. The food is decent, but my son really enjoys it.
