Írjon visszajelzéstEspecially happy to have come to eat one night. The kitchen was very good and well presented, the reception was neat and we were able to enjoy the terrace by the stream.
Our stay at the hotel restaurant Coin d 'Aubrac has been extremely satisfying. The spacious and exemplary clean rooms have contributed to our comfort. The welcoming and helpful staff created a warm atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. The meals were of high quality, reflecting the culinary know-how of the establishment. In addition, the spa space proved to be very pleasant after a long journey. This fortuite finding proved to be a pleasant experience, and we would not hesitate to recommend the Coin d 'Aubrac to other travellers looking for a stay and a quality cuisine.
I did not stay in this hotel (unfortunately), but I was able to appreciate the quality of the restaurant that offers very well prepared local products. We did not have a reservation, but we were nevertheless very well received while there was only a waitress (very pleasant). We have had an excellent evening and we will certainly return to stay in this hotel that offers an all inclusive formula to 270€.
Fabulous SPA, clean and beautiful On the restaurant side, top cuisine, fresh products. An exceptional waitress who managed the service wonderfully well. Bravo
Holala!!!! I just left Coin d'Aubrac where a culinary art is distilled in the culinary sense of the term... And I discover in the beginning an unexpected creation of Chef Barcelo... Creation as pretty to the eye as it was to taste: A Carpaccio of Beets... Who would have believed her... Followed by a piece of beef of 'Aubrac', which is believed to not come out of a plastic bag... Cooking in the heart, accompanied by a crushed potato at St Nectaire and some small grilled vegetables that have nothing small! Here is a Art de Vivre lunch, with a wide selection of fine wines and a chocolate mousse similar to those of childhood... A Coin d 'Aubrac also know that outside this refinement at the same time simple and sophisticated, you will be welcomed, received and surrounded by charming young people who display, without moderation, a sparkling smile of tenderness... Jacqueline So...I returned to Coin d'Aubrac!!! I was received by Chef Barcelo himself who after serving me a nice aperitif, offered me another of his creations as entry: Tagliatelles de Courgettes ... A delicate and tasty surprise... A discovery that goes in the vein of his Carpaccio de Betteraves... This dish, like all others, including an unforgettable Foie Gras, are to be added to the palmstones of this particular chef in his inventive approach to cooking... See you soon Coin d'Aubrac...
