Silvia's Mexican - Checotah

Freshly prepared, delicious Mexican food! We loved our experience in Silvia's Mexican restaurant. Very friendly waiting staff from the moment we went in the door. They answered any question about the menu. Let's advise what to order, I am very happy that I order their recommendation to order Silvias Special, the grilled steak, chicken and shrimp (yes all 3) cooked with onions, peppers and tomatoes served over a bed of rice and with cheese sauce that was DELICIOUS! I recommend Silvia's

The food was fair. Not enough spice and salt. Fajitas no spices and many onions and large pieces of paprika, meat was cut small. (And I love these vegetables) Shrimp was good, but still had tail on it mixed with the meat. Dip, Chip's tea was very good. I'll say they give you more than you can eat. I don't know if I come back unless the spices are added to food.

This is exactly what I believed!!! I had to drop my trailer and the swallowtail here. I parked in the back, could smell the food before I could park. The menu selection has everything and more to offer. You will also receive a family vibe from employees and customers

Absolutely delicious! Ms. Silvia was so sweet and gave us oatmeal to go! Great staff!

My wife and I stopped, and when I saw that Silvia had a bean-dip assizer, I had to try. It had a rich, white queen with fried beans and was worth it, always! I had Denise Burrito for lunch. I couldn't help and ordered a side of rice; I had to try because Mexican rice is one of the pages I like to compare between restaurants. The Burrito was covered in the white queen and the overall taste of the dish was great! It was enough without the side of rice. My wife and I agreed that the rice had a unique taste and somewhat different texture than the “normal” Mexican rice, but it was delicious! My wife tried the fish tacos and they definitely lived up to the Rave reviews online. If you pass Checotah on I-40, Silvia’s is worth the stop!
