Bravo! Italian Kitchen - Cheektowaga

I went out with my gf and I ordered the eggplant parmigiana and it was served with white sauce on my pasta. The eggplant was so gross and flavorless. It hurt my stomach. My gf ordered the salmon and it was dripping with olive oil, and over cooked. The whole dinner was gross. I also asked our waitress for our bread, she said she would bring it right over. Never got any bread. Service was extremely slow. I will never come back here it was so awful. Also our dinner was over $70 I should have gone to a nicer restaurant for that price. Fast food garbage.

First time at this restaurant, we had reservations for 7:15 on 12/31, we got to the restaurant early and sat at the bar for a drink. The bartender was friendly but it took 10 min to get three drinks. We were called to our table at 7:35, not a big deal as we're not in a hurry. Our table was in the back next to the kitchen area. We sat at our table for 15-20 before our server came. We were told that the bar will be closing at 8 so no more mixed drinks available only bottle beer and wine. We ordered apps and dinner wedding soup, calamari, meatballs, 3 Spaghetti Bolognese, Chicken Parmesan and Chicken Scaloppine. While sitting waiting for our food. Two sets of people were complaining loudly to the head chef at the kitchen area about service. After 15-20 min we received two of three apps, and at that time asked for a beer and 4 waters, about 15 min later we received our dinners. All food was good except the Chicken Parm it was really tough and over cooked. About halfway through eating dinner we received our drink order, 2 beers and 3 waters. Never received the soup. I believe our server was new as we not another server explaining something at a different table. We will most likely not be back because of this service. Training your staff correctly should be a high priority as this is one of the reasons we come back to a restaurant. Also I don't understand why would you close the bar 2 hours before your restaurant closes, very disappointing.

Me and my brother came here to eat recently. While the food was incredible, the service was subpar. Our waiter was nice, but it took ages for us to get our food and the check, and it wasn't even busy. We must have waited 15 minutes to pay the bill, and another 15 to get our card back. I love bravo but they could definitely work on their service!

This has been one of my favorite places until today. I show up to grab a bite to eat and get some work done, to find out the bar is closed (which is where I always sit). So if there's anyone looking to visit and grab a nice cocktail with your lunch, today apparently isn't the day to pick Bravo!

This place has the best food I have ever tasted! And the customer service here is amazing keep up the good work!
