There are no long wait times for holiday drinks here; they offer a delicious roasted white chocolate. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating.

To make matters worse, I overheard one employee say they didn’t have their headset on, which meant that even though I had been waiting, they were serving everyone else in front of me. There were about 10 cars behind me, and yet I just sat there with no notification that they were closing soon. Their customer service was terrible—rude and dismissive. It’s always something when I go there, and they seem to operate on their own schedule. My drink is often wrong, but I usually just let it go. However, today was the last straw for me. The moment they shut the window in my face after refusing to take my order was the tipping point. There were no signs to indicate they were closing, nor did anyone come to inform us at the speaker. I could have placed my order easily if they had just communicated better. I want to note that the longtime employees are fantastic and friendly; I wish I knew their names. This review isn’t about them—it's about the new staff, who just don’t seem to care. I’m done with this place and think it should seriously consider closing.

I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru, and the order was incorrect, missing at least one or more ingredients for my drink. Additionally, the staff could definitely benefit from more training. If I could, I would give this place zero stars.

Use them the drive thru to order my drink, that was only pure water down, I had a strawberry açaí, but when I went to know the work about the inconveniences that she looked at me with an annoyed look and say nothing, re made my drink and not say whether it was ready or apologized for the problem that was caused after the drink it was made

Food was great and the drinks were correct but they were so worried about if my old 20 bill was fake that they didn't give me my change and I had to ask for it after they gave me everything. ? don't go there with old money is the moral of this story.
