Starbucks - Cheektowaga

I always come here when I stay on Marriott over the street. Nice drinks and service. Unfortunately no seats available by COVID, but it is usually a large clean place.

I went yesterday morning and had pleasant interaction with the person on the drive thru window. The woman was super nice and even wrote a funny joke on my bag that the sandwich comes. I wish I could thank this woman because I had a hard morning yesterday.

The staff at this Starbucks is incredibly helpful. I had chosen this coffee shop as a stop before my appointment in Williamville, which is about 11 minutes from the airport. Unfortunately, I found out that I couldn’t book an Uber ride because my visa was declined. When I asked for assistance, they were more than willing to help—they booked a taxi for me and even broke a $100 bill. Thanks to their support, I made it just in time for my important meeting. Thank you for your help!

I just bought a house in the Cheektowaga area, and this Starbucks is right next to my home. I'm absolutely in love with it! It seems to have been recently updated and is the cleanest Starbucks I've ever visited. The employees are the friendliest staff you could hope for! Especially in the morning, you don’t have to worry about long lines in the drive-thru or inside the store. Every employee greets you with a “Good morning” and asks how you’re doing. This was a pleasant surprise for me—usually, Starbucks can be quite busy in the mornings, and the staff often don't have time to say hello to everyone. But this location really stands out! As a Starbucks addict, I can’t wait to visit every morning! Lol

This store was very busy yet the baristas were very friendly and made our drinks to perfection. Thanks for your dedication to make your customers happy!
