The dining experience was wonderful; everything was fantastic, and I truly enjoyed it.

I ordered two Italian subs, and they were absolutely delicious. I customized them to my liking, and they turned out great!

Ordered on line watched the order being made then went to pick up our dinner and support a small business on union road- the store was closed ? With no workers- trying to hire? So sad !I never got my dinners Saturday July 2 nd after our furnersl .I wish this small business the best ! But I have spent too many hours with subway trying to get this straight !!! I guess the holiday I will have to call a credit card company and have them reverse the charges? I am trying to build a garden supply center and analitics education service as I have done in many other location too work with s hill districts and hope this small business stays opens.

Ordered online to use a promo and my order was ready immediately in less time than it took to walk from parking spot to counter. Unfortunately, I received the wrong type of bread and it wasn't toasted as requested. Excellent customer service and if I ordered inside error would have been avoided, but still... why have online ordering through the app if it's not correct? Saved $2 on order but was not what I wanted.

I visited the restaurant at 2789 Union Street, Cheektowaga, for the first time, and I had preordered online. My order was ready when I arrived, and the subs were correct and packed with ingredients. The service was outstanding. Keep up the great work! I will definitely be back!
