Tim Hortons - Cheektowaga

I ordered a peppermint hot chocolate at this restaurant, but I ended up with a regular hot chocolate instead. When I returned to let them know that there was no peppermint flavoring, syrup, or any minty essence, they handed me a second cup (which might have been the same drink I returned). The staff showed me that it was topped with whipped cream and some sprinkles, but I still didn't taste any peppermint. I really hope they can improve on this. The recipe should be a rich hot chocolate with chocolate peppermint-flavored syrup, a whipped cream topping, and a sprinkle of crunchy peppermint.

The service will be much better. seems like they hired many new help.

Had no problems with this location in contrast to the others. yes, there was a problem once in a past, but it is solved in the way quickly. I just wish I could say the same thing about the other tim Hortons locations.

This crew is amazing! They're always friendly, and welcoming. I go to this one just to see them. Always sweet and IF there's a problem they quickly resolve it to the customer's satisfaction.Food: 5/5
