We chose the smoking section at this restaurant and Uncle Jim is the best, we are always satisfied.

The service was quick and friendly. The food was delicious. The restaurant is a popular local spot.

They have incredible meat, from meat stick snacks to what I think is about the best speck I have ever had — absolutely wonderful things. they also make excellent sausage: their brisket is wonderful. I usually buy 8-10 pfund speck from them any chance I get: their Jalapeńo bacon is with anyone they ever find. before ordering.

Jim is a great guy working with him for years. my man and I strongly recommend him for each of their sausage/pepperoni etc. needs. jim is the best!

I would like to bring my family to a place of business where POC are welcome, being I see the owner say negative comments about BLM and his posts to round up people to scare the 20 or so BLM peaceful demonstrators in Morton is sickening . How many POC does this business have on staff , probably
