Costa Coffee - Chelmsford

The service at this restaurant is excellent and attentive. Millie makes a beautiful and creative flat white. The location is a nice place to take a break from shopping.

After looking round the shops seeing the Christmas decorations we decided that it would be good to have some refreshments, so we went to Costa. The staff were very friendly there we made ourselves at home were served with some great coffee delicious snacks all this for a very reasonable price.

So, while in Tesco have a coffee. The coffee is good, staff helpful and reasonable price. What more can one say

If you're looking for a nice place to take a break and recharge during your shopping trip, this is the perfect spot. Personally, I can only go for a Costa coffee here. My daughter loves the coolers and hot chocolate as well. Whether you need a quick pick-me-up or want to relax with friends, this is definitely the place to go.

Nice day so decided to sit outside and enjoy a coffee with a river view. Placed the order to a guy I presume the manager with a strong foreign accent who barked comments about the order and when asked to clarify made no attempt to speak clearly and just barked them at me again. A young lady was restocking the cake fixture using tongs which was nice to see but the guy making and serving the coffee had no idea what the handle on a cup is for and picked them up by the rim right where you are going to drink from. Outside on shabby sticky tables we struggled to enjoy our coffee engulfed in a permanent cloud of cigarette smoke.
