Jimmy's Pizza - Chelmsford

I waited two hours for a pizza that is only three minutes away from my house. When I called the manager, he told me it would eventually arrive. Another half-hour passed, and by then I was beyond frustrated. Save yourself the hassle and order from a different place—customer service here is terrible, and they seem indifferent as long as they get paid. To make matters worse, when the pizza finally arrived, it was cold. After two hours, I was so hungry I felt like I could have eaten my own arm, and my wife is pregnant. Thanks, Jimmy.

Everyone would be better off saving their time and ordering from somewhere else. The customer service here is unhelpful; it seems like they only care about getting paid.
