Moe's Southwest Grill - Chelmsford

To make matters worse, when we drove by at 9:05 PM, they were still cleaning the dining room, indicating we could have easily finished our meal inside. The state of cleanliness in the bathroom and soda fountain was appalling, which might explain why they were spending so much time cleaning. The food prep area was also unkempt and dirty. Additionally, the staff was lacking in diversity and mostly consisted of non-American individuals who could barely speak English, and their attitudes were just as unsatisfactory. Overall, our experience at this Moe's was terrible. We will not be returning!

I never had Moe's in my life prior to this. I was just hungry and popped in to this location. The staff were nice. I got a bowl with rice, beans, veggies and steak. I was served a ton of steak but couldn't eat it. The meat was supposedly steak but it tasted like chemicals and had extreme amounts of salt. (My husband tasted the steak and agreed that it tasted really weird). It was totally inedible. I ended up picking off the meat and eating the rest of the bowl which was ok. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Racist and Rude Manager. This location had issues receiving online orders today (told by the employees working there). I placed an online order via Moe's app, but they are not seeing it in their system for some reason. I showed the app order and bank transaction as proof, but they took my money and refused food. When I called the manager Janvi Oza to report it, she responded very racist and rudely. #Moes #racist #rude

Ummm.. in short, no. Portions are ok but the food is not good; you can probably make something better yourself at home. Also super dirty inside. I would hate to see what the kitchen looks like!

For some reason the Littleton one isn't listed so I will leave it here. Food is meh, a little overpriced for what you get. Chicken is at east 2 rungs lower than what you get at Chipotle, but you get rice and more real food as a percentange so I guess good and bad. Smell is wore here, and there's always seems to be high school kids loitering inside. Service isn't awful but isn;t great. People give impression they hate working there. parking is good. Online orders also work.
