Casey's - Chelsea

I ordered a pizza at 4:55 and was told it would take 25 minutes. I arrived at 5:25, but when they checked in the back for my pizza, they came back and said, "Sorry, ma'am, we haven't started your pizza yet." I was fed up—this was the third time this month! I spend money here daily on gas and cigarettes, and this is the service I get? I won't be returning; from now on, I’ll take my business to Jiffy Mart! The employees are not very friendly either. They need to improve! Food rating: 1 out of 5.

My family ordered pizzas at 4:03 PM with a scheduled pickup time of 7:00 PM. When we arrived at 7:00, we had to wait for them to prepare our order. Overall, I would rate the meal: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1.

I recently ordered takeout for lunch, and overall, it was a great experience. The food was delicious, earning a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The service was also impressive, matching the food with another 4-star rating. The atmosphere, while not as high, still deserves a reasonable 3 out of 5. I would definitely recommend this spot for a tasty and affordable meal!

Was looking forward to some fresh Casey's pizza. Just stopped and they had one piece that was at least two hours old along with an old box of chicken. It has been like this the last three times I passed thru. I could understand if it was late but this was at 6 pm. Half the pumps were out on top of it.
