For a first time customer of Jimmy Johns in Chelsea, MI, I can say I am very disappointed and will never return to another Jimmy Johns. The couple of times I have been in there I’ve been treated very poorly. My first order was online and since having no prior knowledge of how online orders work, I was belittled and made out to be dumb. As an employee of customer service of a nearby company, we have went from referring customers to Jimmy Johns establishment while they wait to having customers tell us this restaurant location is a joke and they will also never return. I feel sorry for anyone who has come/came here. On my last experience I was a bystander to a woman getting blatantly ignored when asking a question about in store pick up. Save your time and money and do not go to this location. As they previously had a couple notes on the door stating they were closed (at 10am) and that Subway was right down the street.

This location randomly closes at odd hours. Last time I went in and the cash register had a sign on it stating they were no longer taking any orders, this was at 1pm. The staff would not even acknowledge us or say hello and we ended up leaving. I will not be back to this location to give them my business. Usually very dirty and with trash/debri all over the floor. On 2 separate occasions I attempted to purchase a sandwich from this establishment. The first time was at 5pm on a Saturday and store was closed even though the hours on the door showed it should be open. The second occasion I attempted to purchase a sandwich they out right said they were not taking orders for sandwiches even though they were ostensibly open for business. Not ever going to waste my time, gasoline, and wear and tear on my vehicle just to find out they do not want my business

I love jimmy johns, but I looked out their time because I don't want to get through when it's five minutes to close the thing personally, I think it is.
