Baleadas appeared to have been cooked quickly over high heat, will not return.

Traveled an hour to this restaurant to be greeted by rude waiter. Second strike of rudeness while my family and friends were sitting I walked out. Did not feel comfortable spending my money in a place that has servers be so rude especially when you’ve shown nothing but respect. I have never been treated in such way. It’s a shame that I traveled for nothing.

Terrible service, I came to eat and there were three waitresses free and the place was empty, no one came to serve me and they left me waiting until hunger got the best of me and I decided to leave that place. The food is good but the service is the worst. It's better to order. delivery so as not to have bad times

Because the receipt tells you that for more than 5 people they will charge you an 18% tip and here there are only two people and you can see in the receipt the opposite. I like it a lot but if I only have for the food and I don't have any for the tip, no can i go

They don't give you options to choose their tip, they just add automatically the highest tip on the receipt, plus their server wasn't that great. We should be able to tip according to the service we received.
