I went to the Königstitch location in Cheltenham with a friend and our two children. We were served by an amazing staff member named Jacob. He was incredibly polite, checking in with us about our meals and asking if we needed anything. Later on, he even offered to bring us something for our tablet! This level of service is something I’ve never experienced at McDonald's or any fast food place—truly, it felt like fine dining! We were pleasantly surprised, and it made our visit even more enjoyable. Jacob definitely deserves recognition for his outstanding service!
